You need some lettuce on your burger.

Not enough to make it healthy, but the crunch.

Also some tomato, some spicy guacamole, and cheddar.

          I wish!

I’d much prefer their more laid back culture.

It’s common in Estonia too but in the slop burgers usually. The ones with like coleslaw or some shit drowning out the shitty patty that has zero beef content, you’ll be happy if it has pork.

I don’t think anyone on your continent would call it a burger even lol

I didn’t mean to take sides, I just got caught up in the rhythm.

I love salads, but I hate how fast that stuff goes bad.

Not lettuce, but I’ve eaten cabbage that’s been in the drawer so long I’d forgotten when I bought it. The age to use progession goes topping > salad > blanched > soup > stir fry > compost.

Cabbage is very versatile. If something spills on it and you forget to clean it up, you’ve basically got Kimchi.

I live alone and sometimes stuff like this isn’t worth it. Go out and get a salad that’s already made. It will be less wasteful this way.

I only bother with stuff I can freeze. Like, I buy carrots and celery, blanch them, freeze them, and use them when needed in soups or rice.

Ha, I have lettuce wasting away RN. I better use it for something today. I hate food waste.

Those two things literally taste like poison unless you have a mutant gene. I do not have that gene.

Comic Strips is a community for those who love comic stories.

The rules are simple:

  • The post can be a single image, an image gallery, or a link to a specific comic hosted on another site (the author’s website, for instance).
  • The comic must be a complete story.
  • If it is an external link, it must be to a specific story, not to the root of the site.
  • You may post comics from others or your own.
  • If you are posting a comic of your own, a maximum of one per week is allowed (I know, your comics are great, but this rule helps avoid spam).
  • The comic can be in any language, but if it’s not in English, OP must include an English translation in the post’s ‘body’ field (note: you don’t need to select a specific language when posting a comic).
  • Politeness.
  • AI-generated comics aren’t allowed.
  • Limit of two posts per person per day.
  • Bots aren’t allowed.
  • Adult content is not allowed. This community aims to be fun for people of all ages.
