Is this a USA-thing? In Europe tips are most usually split between front and back of the house.

Nach diversen Fails meinerseits auf diesem Feld: drauf achten, dass das Hörnchen fest und hoch genug ist. Am besten eines, dass sich vorne verschließen lässt. Gibts i.d.R. im Reisebedarf.
Especially agricultural work, as there is equally as much (sexual) exploitation happening!
