Interestingly, in the Netherlands there was the “Zuiderzee” . After damming off the sea, connecting the northern parts of the country for work traffic the sea became a lake called the “IJsselmeer” which in turn turned to freshwater, and even froze over during a cold winter, As seen here and traffic actually crossed over the ice in the lake itself.

They just stay on. A friend of mine bought jibbits on aliexpress, thinking it was only 5 or 10. It was 50, and dirt cheap. Just a random selection, and I could have how many I wanted.

My dog shows no fear of geese, and will gladly scare them away for me. Easy passage for me, and another weakness for them. No barks needed, just a determined sprint.

They are really comfy. And they obviously breathe, but aren’t cold at all, so I haven’t been wearing my house slippers anymore, since they make my feet sweat.

The first thing I do when I get home is put them on. Haven’t had footwear as comfortable as these.

I usually leave the heel latch up, so they are more like slippers, easy to slip in and out.

Always when you are just putting the fork in your mouth. Mouth full. All you can do is try to smile and nod.

In the United Kingdom, and therefore Wales, where Roald Dahl is from had an old age pension for all of Dahl’s life. So I don’t think forcing old people to work to death is the point. Reminds me of the one time I played 4 online. I played maxi as I always do, even though he got gimped hard. This guy played Asteroth and he let me win for 2 rounds. Then he schooled me. Hard.

He let me win the first 2 rounds to give himself the handicap. 5th round came, and I tried. Harder than ever. Sidestepped at the right moments, blocked, the whole shebang. We both had a sliver of health left, and I jabbed him. Simple little doosh. And I won.

I’ve never sweat harder from a game in my life. It was a waterfall coming from my armpits. My heart rate was so high that I felt it in my arms.

I will always remember and relish that victory, and I will never play soul calibur online ever again.
