Since when did the Blue Screen concept change from being an actual error screen to simply the Windows update screen?
I’m guessing shortly after Windows began implementing aforementioned update screen?
This is the first I’ve heard it referred to as the Blue Screen.

I thought at some point I remember hearing that they sometimes write jokes for each other to make the other look bad which makes it funnier on a meta level, but that’s only if it’s true.
It’s like creating a riddle.
Sure, it could be fun in its own right, but it loses its magic and you can never experience it the same way as if someone else created it.

Melatonin makes it worse because it’ll help me get to sleep but then wear off around the time I would wake up in the middle of the night.
What has helped somewhat is adding edibles. In my state I had to get a license for them, but it has helped me stay asleep.
My problem is when I try to go to sleep earlier, I wake up mere hours later like my brain thinks it was supposed to be a nap instead, and then I struggle to get back to sleep.
I think I might actually still have it around somewhere. I think mine came in a magazine or something though. I remember never really getting to try it because my computer couldn’t run it that well.
I understand and agree with the sentiment, but I mean, aren’t wild fires supposed to be an expected natural disaster? They’re just getting worse due to more ideal conditions?
I actually have one of the USB A cables above from an old android tablet that had 2 full USB A ports on the side.
One was always a slave/device port while the other actually had a physical switch to change from Host to Device.
That used to be my mobile media tablet. I could cast wirelessly or steam directly from the mini HDMI port. Such an awesome device for how cheap it was.
Then there’s Hugh Jackman, nearly polar opposite.
It was Anna Farris and Chris Pratt. Come on. It was basically an SNL skit.
I exclusively do this while on the phone. I don’t typically do it otherwise.

Ugh yesss. I forgot that was even a possibility.
That’s likely more from personal preference and not having looked for it at the grocery store. I was more remembering the old monkey(?) commercials and everyone talking about it because it was from “NASA.”
That’s wild. We did have an old antique rotary phone though! My sister and I would play with it like a toy unplugged but it was also perfectly functional. You just had to be fast because it seemed like in later years the ‘timeout’ between dialing numbers had gotten shorter. You’d have to dial two 9’s in a row and before you could finish the second 9, you’d get some kind of “I’m sorry, the number you have reached is not available” message.
Popeye was one of my favorite shows I remember watching over and over and over again. Singing and acting it out. I also had recordings of the Pink Panther and I think one of, if not the first animated Superman movies or cartoons.
That’s also an old memory you unlocked of a home video of myself maybe 3-4 ish “playing Popeye” singing “Popeye the sailor man, toot toot!” and I would take a drink from my Dad’s cup pretending it was spinach and acting like my biceps popped out and then promptly sneezing in my Dad’s face.
Good times.
Actually I don’t even think ours had a date, only time, like a microwave or oven, so you have to set the timer for a time within 24 hours. I think I might have missed sorting once between I messed up the AM/PM.
That’s fair. I was younger when the change happened and fully unaware of it’s scope.
I use Alpine. It’s enough for what I need and it doesn’t take up 30G like my last Ubuntu subsystem.
