By not having the will to leave bed and being exhausted all the time

I bounce between not sleeping for more then 3-4 hours on weekdays, but on weekends sleeping 17 hours straight. And every 4 days i don’t sleep at all. Probably a combination of shift workers insomnia i never recovered from in the navy, delayed sleep phase disorder, bad sleep hygiene, anxiety, and manic like episodes.

Just checked it and it depends. On WORD, it removes the text, in EXCEL it does not (until pasted elsewhere)

I am not sure about myself. I assume it is English, but now when i think about it my thoughts are much slower, and trip over them selves. It seems odd to consider thought in a means that is contrived for a much less efficient medium. So maybe i don’t think in a language at all and just attribute the meanings after the fact. I think even skimming under the noise limit won’t remove the annoyance of these things. And why is it even necessary to blow grass clippings off the sidewalk? If it’s really that bad it didn’t take much more effort to just sweep them back on the grass.
