I think it’s because they’re using it for aesthetics and not just health improvement.

If you put the yeast in warm water with a teaspoon of sugar you can get it going and have good dough in 20 minutes total (with a rest after mixing/kneading. We use an inherited stand mixer with a dough hook however, takes a little more effort to mix by hand, but also feels kinda nice.

If you have steering wheel audio controls the right/left button skips forward/back.

I had some things start failing at 35, but recovered a bit and feel better now at 45.
But I quit my soul crushing desk job career and had a kid in those intervening years too.
So basically I traded financial security for healthy life and family time.
