… Isn’t this how doom was more or less sold? It was a one of the classic ID software shareware games, where you’d get part 1 for free and then have to mail order further parts.

Best guess atm is they lost power when approaching the bridge, they, at least periodically got it back, but given that they had lost power they were taking measures to stop themselves. They put their engine in reverse and dropped their anchor. Both of these cause the ship to go off course as they slowed it down pulling it out of the center lane it was in. Basically the crew panicked when trying to do the right thing and did everything wrong.
Jokes on you, I just never stopped using SVN out of laziness.

You need to follow the whims of the algorithm to some degree to survive, but I think most of his videos are fine, maybe with a slightly clickbaity title or thumbnail, but that’s to be expected these days.
Soda spoon isn’t that weird, think of like a float or parfait for which you’d need a really long handle potentially to get to the bottom of a glass. No idea wtf a salad spoon is though.
100% agree that this is an ADHD thing. Doesn’t happen to me as often as it seems to happens to you. But sometimes I’ll be actively trying to pay attention to someone talking, and need to have them repeat themselves 3-4 times because the sound isn’t becoming words.

Critics didn't like Bruce Willis' performance, action and violence16·2 years agoMost film critics do judge on entertainment value though. The difference is that film critics are watching like 200 movies a year (or more) so a lot more stuff is going to seem like tired retreads to them.

blargerer@kbin.socialto Programming@programming.dev•Real quick question about the "break"5·2 years agoUsing breaks is completely standard in some situations. Using breaks and continues can be very useful and still end in clearly understood code in some other situations. It is however, very easy to end up with nonsense code using both, and if its an introductory course just telling you to ignore them isn’t that crazy an idea.
You are telling on yourself because you seem to think a cast can only be diverse because its trying to check boxes.

Even 400 spread over a whole day, if you are healthy, you wont feel it in a bad way. Conversely, don’t just down 2 back to back.
