Der Bauer did a pretty scathing review of the connector. He said there is evidence of unequal voltage distribution leading to burn out of the connector or the cable. He’s convinced that NVIDIA did not design enough overhead in the system to handle the power draw.

Not really ironic. The dude was part of Nixons administration. Trump is basically Nixon 2.0. Trumps whole worldview was shaped by Nixon or guys who worked for Nixon.
