Yesterday I tried Proxy Store for the first time (previously I used German Amazon), I’ll see how that ends up. Though I wasn’t able to pay with card, because PayPal. Apparently, we now have instant bank transfers accross entire SEPA, so it was sent out on the same day.
I used to send €10 O_o
Mostly because I liked getting all the different stamps to send it with.
It would take quite a while in the end. Print address to envelope, print code, insert money, close envelope, take out all the stamps, calculate the combination to get right value, check the available stock for each stamp, recalculate (no way I am using ones out of stock), take a soft brush, dip in water, wet the stamps, stick them on, make sure they’re on well, let dry, take to mailbox, wait up to 10 days for it to arrive and get credited.

Seems like these should typically be used by store apps, but who knows when other apps have like 37,876 trusted partners they share data with.
This doesn’t dismiss the moral issues with it, though.
Genuine question, what are those?
I recognize issues with large power imbalance, such as huge gap in maturity, roles (e.g.: student/teacher, worker/boss), intelligence (severe mental disability on one side), etc. where one party could easily coerce the other into something, possibly even unintentionally (e.g.: one party wants something and is already upset, the other party is worried about not only breaking up, but also getting fired and not being able to afford rent, thus pushing through).
But in this case, if the above doesn’t apply, what are the other problems?

Last time, I tried sour gummy worms with Olivier (?) potato salad. That was not one of those. It wasn’t bad, their taste was just too weak to do anything, and the texture doesn’t fit.
