But used as if it was like a dungeon or prison. Maybe “drag them to The Hague” would fit better. “Thrown in The Hague” has the same energy as “take him to Detroit”

I assume you meant The Hague but it’s a weird use of the phrase since it’s like saying “thrown in London”. But used as if it was like a dungeon or prison. Maybe “drag them to The Hague” would fit better.
